the 4ff thesis is simple. it may be a paradox, but the core of it is something you've likely thought about before.

when you build a device that a few people love more than anything they've ever experienced, the greatest ux innovations can be discovered by accident.

far before the teams who spend hours in design interaction workshops and persona deepdives.

i believe that the next device for a billion people will be built for a friend or family member first. it will likely be an accidental discovery.

that is my delusion. and it's now my reality.
